Records Detective provides vehicle history reports and related information services based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and license plate lookups. Our services include:

• Vehicle specification and history reports
• Market value estimates
• Recall information
• Title and auction history
• Active listing information

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan: $4.95/month - 10 vehicle reports
• Standard Plan: $14.95/month - 15 vehicle reports
• Premium Plan: $30/month - 30 vehicle reports

Lookup Credits

• Lookup credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Each VIN or license plate lookup consumes one credit

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Vehicle reports should be used as one of many tools when making purchasing decisions
• We recommend always having a vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchase
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Records Detective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on information in our reports
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any other damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
